Hazelnut Valley was born from a dream that Lisa & Bernie had to live a more sustainable lifestyle. In 2013 while searching for the ideal "Bush Block" that we could enjoy with our family and friends on short stay week ends away, we came across a run down Hazelnut Grove hidden on the Tyres River flats in the small town of Caringal (Population 12 nearest major town Moe) 3 months later we made the move to Gippsland & we joined the exclusive club of "Tree Changers" WOW what a life changing experience it has been. We spent the first 12 months getting to know our Hazelnut Grove and everything hazelnut! We have continued to grow and develop, introducing alternative ways of farming and growing our range of Hazelnut Products
